About This Patient

This 37 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, expressed concern about the appearance of her nose. In particular, she was bothered by her asymmetric nasal tip and wide nose. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty and did the following: dorsal hump rasping without infractures, re-shaping of the asymmetric tip cartilages under direct vision and alar base resections to narrow the base of the nose. The patient had an uneventful, rapid recovery. She and her husband love the natural and improved appearance of her nose.
