Removal & Replacement of Implants Patient 23**

About This Patient

This 22 year old presented to Dr. Parker 5 years after undergoing 330 cc saline breast augmentation in South America. She requested improvement in the asymmetry of her breasts, rippling of the lower pole of her breasts, a palpable fill valve at 12 o’ clock on the right breast and spread inframammary scars. The patient wished to stay the same size but have these other issues corrected. At surgery, Dr. Parker replaced the patient’s firm textured saline implants with 275 cc smooth round implants which he overinflated to 330 cc to help correct implant rippling. He lowered the position of the left implant so it matched the right and re-excised and repaired the spread inframammary scars. The patient recovered quickly after surgery with very little pain. She is very happy with the improved, softer feel and more symmetric and natural appearance of her breasts.
