Removal & Replacement of Implants Patient 22**
About This Patient
This 46 year old had a breast augmentation 15 years ago with another plastic surgeon. The patient is 5’3″ tall and weighs 110 pounds and had 180 cc saline subglandular implants. She reported to Dr. Parker that both had progressively gotten harder and the left implant recently deflated. She wished to have both implants removed and replaced with larger breast implants. She came to Dr. Parker as a B/small C cup and wished to increase her size to a full C cup. During the patient’s Sizing Sessions, she opted for 300 cc silicone implants to be placed in a or dual plane location. During surgery, Dr. Parker removed the saline implants and their surrounding thickened capsules from their subglandular space. He inserted 300 cc silicone implants into a dual plane location. The patient recovered quickly and easily afterwards with little pain. She is very happy with the fuller, natural, very soft breasts she now has.
