About This Patient

This 55 year old developed bilateral capsular contracture one year after saline submuscular breast augmentation was performed elsewhere 19 years ago. She did nothing until now but would like to fix things. Dr Parker performed bilateral capsulectomies, then created neo pectoral pockets for her new implants, 400 cc silicone on the right side and 350 cc on the left, in order to address her pre-existing asymmetry. The patient said her recovery was easy. She told Dr Parker he did a great job because her breasts look and feel very natural.
