Removal & Replacement of Implants Patient 30**

About This Patient

This 47 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her daughter (a very happy Parker Center breast augmentation patient). She had undergone a saline breast augmentation 22 years ago and saw that her left implant had recently deflated. She requested that Dr. Parker remove and replace both of her implants with silicone ones. The patient is 5′ 2″ and weighs 115 pounds.  At surgery, Dr. Parker removed the old 225 cc saline implants as well as the constricted capsules around them in both breasts. He inserted 350 cc silicone implants in a  dual plane position as discussed with the patient pre-operatively during her Sizing Session. The patient said her recovery was quick and easy without any pain whatsoever. She loves the soft, natural look and feel of her breasts.
