About This Patient

This 43 year old asked Dr Parker to improve the contour of her abdomen, hips and back. She gained 80 pounds with her only pregnancy 16 years ago, then lost 60 of it. The patient is 5’4″ tall, weighs 165 pounds and says her weight is now stable. Dr Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty along with liposuction of her hips (removing 900 cc of fat from each side) and back (removing 200 cc of fat from each side. The patient said her recovery was slow for the first week, but then felt much better after that. She is thrilled with her appearance, has lost an additional 11 pounds and her dress size has gone from 10 to 6. Recently on vacation with friends, she proudly wore a two piece bathing suit for the first time in years and felt so good about herself.
