About This Patient

This 44 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by a family member, also a patient of his requesting rejuvenation of her torso following a 50 pound weight loss. The patient is 5’9″ tall and weighs 195 pounds. Initially, the patient requested a lipoabdominoplasty along with SAFE liposuction of her hips, inner and outer thighs as well as knees. Dr. Parker performed this procedure, removing the following amounts of fat: hips–400 cc/ side, outer thighs–450 cc/ side, inner thighs–200 cc/ side, knees–50 cc/ side. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery. She was very happy with her results but returned 2 years later requesting a lateral thigh and buttock lift to tighten and lift the skin in these areas. Dr. Parker subsequently performed this procedure. The patient again recovered very fast. She is thrilled with her the markedly improved contours.
