Neck Liposuction Patient 6**

About This Patient

This 57 year old requested facial and neck rejuvenation. She had a facelift elsewhere 12 years ago and did not want another one now. Instead, she requested “fillers” to her nasolabial folds, marionette lines and areas on either side of her chin. Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient and they agreed on injecting her own fat into these areas in an effort to provide a longer effect. In addition, the patient requested ultrasonic liposuction of her neck both to remove fat and obtain some skin tightening. Dr. Parker used VASER liposuction on the patient’s neck to remove 35 cc of fat and obtain some skin tightening. He injected 4 cc of fat into each of her nasolabial folds, marionette lines and the areas on either side of her chin. She recovered quickly and well from these procedures and has been very pleased with her results. She is shown here 3 years after these procedures were performed.
