About This Patient

This 41 year old initially presented to Dr. Parker requesting improvement in her abdomen, hips, lower back, inner thighs, and knees. These areas have become of increasing concern to her as she has gotten older and after having had 3 children. The patient is 4’11” tall and weighs 131 pounds; her weight is stable. Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient. They agreed upon the following plan which was then implemented: Dr. Parker performed SAFE liposuction on the patient’s hips (removing 625 cc fat from each side), back ( removing 75 cc fat from each side), inner thighs (removing 250 cc fat from each side) and knees (removing 100 cc fat from each side). At the same time, he performed a Parker Tummy Tuck. The patient recovered well after surgery with little pain. She told Dr. Parker that he had changed her life in many positive ways, including how she now wears clothes she loves and that she enjoys much-enhanced self-esteem.

The patient returned to Dr. Parker 2 years later following deflation of right saline implant: she had these inserted elsewhere 12 years earlier. The patient wore a 34 D cup bra and said she had 280 cc saline implants. These had been inserted into a partial submuscular location through inframammary incisions. After undergoing a Sizing Session with Dr. Parker’s team, the patient opted for 425 cc silicone implants. She asked Dr. Parker to create more fullness in the lower pole of her breasts and reduce the fullness laterally on the left side. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed the saline implants. He expanded the implant pockets in the lower pole of the breasts and performed a lateral capsulorrhaphy on the left side to reduce the lateral fullness on this side. The patient said her recovery was easy. She told Dr. Parker he did a great job in delivering everything she requested and loves her new breasts.
