About This Patient

This 42 year old asked Dr. Parker to improve the puffiness and tired appearance of his lower eyelids. He said he first noticed this in his early 30’s; several family members have had the same problem. Using incisions only on the inside of the patient’s lower eyelids, Dr. Parker performed a transconjunctival blepharoplasty, removing the herniated lower lid fat from the lids. His skin tone was very good and would re-drape to the new contour created. The patient experience moderate swelling but no bruising or pain. He is extremely pleased with the rejuvenated appearance of his lower lids.
