About This Patient

This 31 year old requested improvement in the puffiness of her lower eyelids. Dr. Parker explained to the patient that this was due to the herniation of fat from around the eyeball that was now pressing against the lower eyelid soft tissues. He explained that the unwanted fat could be removed through an incision on the inside of the lower eyelid without any external scarring. The patient liked the solution he proposed and subsequently had the procedure done by Dr. Parker. She recovered quickly and without any pain. The patient loves the natural appearance of her lower eyelids now and is very happy she had the surgery.
