About This Patient

This 49 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another Parker Center patient. She came in requesting improvement of lower eyelid puffiness and dark circles. Dr. Parker subsequently performed a lower lid blepharoplasty. He removed fat using a transconjunctival approach, transferred the fat to the tear troughs, and then performed a TCA peel to the lower lids. The patient is pleased with the natural, but more youthful, appearance of her lower eyelids.
