About This Patient

This 48 year old Asian patient was referred to Dr. Parker by a former patient, and came in requesting improvement in the puffiness of her lower eyelids. Dr. Parker performed a lower lid blepharoplasty whereby he removed and transferred lower eyelid fat through a transconjunctival incision into the “tear trough” area. He tightened the patient’s lid margin with a lateral canthopexy and crepe lower eyelid skin with a TCA peel. The patient is very pleased with the improved appearance of her lower eyelids.
