Lower Eyelid Lift Patient 12**

About This Patient

This 38 year old presented to Dr Parker concerned about the puffiness of her lower eyelids and post acne facial scarring. During the patient’s initial consultation, Dr Parker reviewed options for treatment with her. Subsequently, the patient underwent a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty to remove fat from the lower eyelid using a hidden incision on the inside of the eyelid. He tightened her lower eyelid skin and improved the rest of her facial skin with an Obagi Blue Peel. The patient recovered quickly afterwards and was quite pleased with the appearance of both her lower eyelids and facial skin. She is shown here before and after these procedures, then 8 years later when she returned to Dr Parker for a facelift procedure.
