About This Patient

This 38 year old patient, previously diagnosed with a thyroid condition, had lost 50 pounds of weight following medication adjustment, diet and exercise. She wished to improve the appearance of her abdomen and torso. The patient is 5’3″ tall and weighs 190 pounds. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty and SAFE liposuction of the patient’s hips. He removed 8 pounds of tissue from the abdomen and 650 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered quickly and painlessly from the surgery. She is very excited about her improved appearance and enhanced self esteem following surgery. She has renewed her exercise program with a new sense of determination. Prior to his use of lipoabdominoplasty, Dr. Parker would not have been able to achieve as dramatic a result safely in a patient this size.
