About This Patient

This 48 year old existing patient of Dr. Parker’s was increasingly bothered by the aged appearance of her hands. She had recently undergone a facelift by Dr. Parker and wished to have her hands look as rejuvenated as her face. She was bothered by the thinning of her skin and more noticeable appearance of her veins. Fat was harvested from the patient’s abdomen, purified and 30 cc (the equivalent of a shot glass) of this fat meticulously injected into the dorsum of each hand. The patient recovered rapidly from the procedure and was delighted with the more youthful appearance of her hands.
