About This Patient

This 32 year old requested improvement in the appearance of his chest. The patient had used anabolic steroids approximately 10 years ago and developed gynecomastia. He is 6′ tall and weighs 190 pounds. Dr. Parker corrected his gynecomastia by direct excision of the fibroglandular tissue as well as liposuction of the surrounding tissue. He removed 315 cc of breast tissue on either side. The patient was amazed at his quick and painless recovery. He is thrilled with the normal, masculine appearance of his chest and feels that his self esteem and body image have been markedly enhanced.
