About This Patient

This 38 year old male had gynecomastia surgery by another plastic surgeon 20 years ago. He said he believed the doctor removed too much tissue and caused his areolas to look “sunken in”. Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient and they agreed upon fat injections. Under intravenous sedation, Dr. Parker suctioned fat from the patient’s abdomen, purified it and carefully injected it into the depressed areolas.
