About This Patient

This 56 year old was referred by her primary physician to Dr. Parker with concerns about her facial aging. In particular, she was bothered by the descent of her mid facial fat and jowling; in addition, she was bothered by her sagging eyebrows as well as her forehead and glabellar wrinkling. She had her eyes operated on elsewhere several years earlier. Dr Parker performed a facelift and endoscopic brow lift. The facelift allowed him to elevate the patient’s descended facial fat with sutures into a more elevated and youthful position and conservatively remove the lax skin. The brow lift allowed him to remove the corrugator muscles from the glabella and improve the glabellar and forehead wrinkling. He was also able to elevate the lateral brows into a more youthful position. The patient is pleased with the results of her facial rejuvenation surgery.
