About This Patient

This 54 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her upper eyelids. She has thought about this for 10 years as she has watched “extra skin” develop. During the patient’s initial consultation, Dr. Parker discussed the patient’s redundant upper eyelid skin as well sagging of the outer aspect of her eyebrows. He discussed and subsequently performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and a lateral brow lift to conservatively raise the outer aspect of the eyebrows. The patient enjoyed a prompt recovery from surgery without pain. She is pleased with the cleaner look of her upper eyelids and brows.
