About This Patient

This 33-year-old patient was referred by her gynecologist to Dr. Parker for breast reduction surgery. The patient presented as a double D cup and wished to be C cup in size. She is 5′4″ tall and weighs 175 pounds. Attempts at weight loss have been unsuccessful. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction removing 630 gm of tissue from the right breast and 650 gm from the left. Following surgery, the patient was happy with the improved size, shape and uplifted appearance of her breasts. Her preoperative symptoms of neck pain and back pain were resolved as well.
