Breast Reduction Patient 20 (Secondary Breast Reduction)**

About This Patient

This 50-year-old is 19 years status post breast reduction surgery by another surgeon. She was referred to Dr. Parker by her primary care physician. The patient is bothered by neck and back pain as well as shoulder straps digging in. The patient is a double D on the left and D cup on the right side. She would like to be more in C cup range. The patient is 4 feet 10 inches and weighs 134 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction. He removed 330 g of tissue in the right breast and 430 g from the left. Postoperatively, the patient healed quickly and well. She is pleased with the improved size and shape of her breasts as well as resolution of all of her preoperative symptoms.
