About This Patient

This 23 year old patient complained of neck and back pain as well as shoulder strap furrows. She wore a 34 double D- cup and desired to be a C-cup. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 127 pounds. A central pedicle breast reduction was performed by Dr. Parker, removing 680 grams from the right breast and 660 grams from the left breast to maximize symmetry. Postoperatively, the patient was pleased not only with the appearance of her breasts, but the resolution of all symptoms.
