About This Patient

This 39-year-old patient requested breast enlargement from a B to a C cup. She is 5′4″ tall and weighs 105 pounds. Additionally, she asked to have her breasts lifted and the areolas made smaller. Dr. Parker inserted 300 cc silicone breasts implants in a submuscular position and at the same time performed a periareolar concentric mastopexy to lift her breasts and make the areolas more proportionate in size. Postoperatively, the patient was quite happy with the size and shape of her breasts.
