Breast Lift with Implants Patient 5**

About This Patient

This 24 year old patient, referred by her primary care physician, lost 90 pounds over the past 5 years through diet and exercise. Her weight is now stable. She is very bothered by the shape and size of her breasts. She is currently a size B cup and would like to be a mid C cup. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Dr. Parker recommended and performed an augmentation mastopexy. He inserted 240 cc saline implants in a sub muscular position and lifted the breast with a vertical mastopexy. Postoperatively, she was very happy with the improved size and shape of her breasts.
