Breast Lift with Implants Patient 20**
About This Patient
This patient lost 118 pounds after gastric bypass surgery. She initially consulted Dr. Parker about the loss of volume in her breasts. She is 5’9″ and weighs 188 pounds. Dr. Parker performed an augmentation vertical mastopexy, or lollipop lift, with the insertion of breast implants. Specifically, he inserted a 425 cc silicone implant on the right side and 400 cc on the left to restore fullness to the patient’s asymmetric breasts and then lifted them higher on the chest wall with a vertical mastopexy. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery. She returned several months later requesting improvement in the appearance of her hanging abdominal skin as well as that on her outer thighs and buttocks. Dr. Parker then performed a lipoabdominoplasty and a lateral thigh and buttock lift, also known as a circumferential body lift. Again, the patient recovered quickly, given the scope of this surgery. She is very pleased with the appearance of her breasts, abdomen, buttocks and thighs.
