Breast Lift with Implants Patient 4**

About This Patient

This 50 year old patient, referred by one of her friends, sought improvement for her sagging breasts and lax abdominal skin following significant weight loss. The patient is 5 feet 2 inches tall and her weight is stable at 150 pounds. She wears a C cup bra. She is content with her breast size but would like more fullness in the upper portion of her breasts along with a more youthful, uplifted appearance. In one operation, Dr. Parker performed an augmentation mastopexy, abdominoplasty and liposuction of the patient’s hips. Due to the preoperative size discrepancy between the breasts, a 280 cc saline implant was inserted in the right breast and a 220 cc implant in the left. A vertical mastopexy was used to lift the breast. Following surgery, the patient was delighted with the more natural appearance of her breasts and abdomen.
