Breast Lift with Implants Patient 11**
About This Patient
This 23 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, felt her breasts drooped more than they should despite her weight being stable. She had seen another plastic surgeon who recommended an augmentation mastopexy with an inverted T, or anchor scar. Dr. Parker agreed with performing an augmentation mastopexy. However, he recommended a vertical lift instead of the inverted T lift to both minimize scarring as well as provide a better shape to the breast. The patient agreed with this plan. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted silicone implants, 200cc on the right side and 250cc on the left to even out the pre-exsiting asymmetry between the two breasts. He then performed a vertical mastopexy or “lollipop” lift with limited scarring. The patient is very happy with her fuller, uplifted breasts.
