About This Patient

This 34 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement of her sagging breasts and abdomen following childbirth. The patient is patient is 4′ 11″ and weighs 112 pounds. Performing a staged procedure, Dr. Parker inserted 150 cc silicone implants (chosen by the patient in her Sizing Session) into a partial submuscular location and performed a vertical mastopexy to lift the breasts. Additionally, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips, removing a total of 600 cc of fat from each hip using the VASER liposuction system. The patient’s recovery took somewhat longer than usual, but she is very pleased with the improved size and shape of her breasts as well as her more youthful abdomen and hips.
