About This Patient

This 48 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting improvement in the appearance of her breasts. After having had 3 children, her breasts lost volume and sagged. She would like them fuller and to sit higher on her chest. The patient is 5’5″ tall, weighs 135 pounds and wears a 34 B bra. Dr. Parker subsequently performed an augmentation–lollipop lift (or vertical mastopexy), inserting 375 cc silicone implants into each breast. The patient recovered quickly with little pain. She loves the appearance of her uplifted, fuller breasts.
