About This Patient

This 30 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient and requested improvement in her breasts which sagged and lost volume after pregnancy. The patient is 5′ 4″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. She wore a 36B cup and wished to increase to a D cup. During the consultation, Dr. Parker suggested inserting breast implants to restore lost volume and performing a vertical mastopexy to properly lift her breasts. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted silicone implants into a dual-plane location, 375 cc on the left side and 400 cc on the smaller right breast to optimize symmetry. He then performed a vertical breast lift using absorbable sutures. The patient sailed through her recovery and is thrilled with her fuller, uplifted and perky breasts.
