Breast Lift with Augmentation 53**
About This Patient
This 39 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by a friend of hers, who is a patient of Dr. Parker’s. The patient said her breasts have always been smaller than desired but lost volume and sagged after breastfeeding 3 children. She would like them fuller and more symmetric. The patient is 5’4″ tall, weighs 130 pounds, and wears a 3 A/B cup. Dr. Parker discussed treatment options with her and they agreed upon the following plan: insert different sized implants into the breasts along with peri-areolar mastopexies, or breast lifts, to improve upon the pre-existing asymmetry. During her Sizing Sessions, the patient selected a 250 ccs silicone implant for the right breast and 200 ccs for the left. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted the implants into a partial submuscular or Dual plane 1 location using a periareolar incision, then performed periareolar mastopexies to differentially elevate the areolas. The patient was delighted by her quick and easy recovery. She loves her result and has referred several friends to Dr. Parker who have seen her results.
