Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 90**

About This Patient

This 34 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by one of her friends, a physician. She explained to Dr. Parker that her breasts looked deflated after breastfeeding her 3 children. She wished to have them fuller again. The patient is 5′ 9″, weighs 130 pounds and wears a 34 AA cup bra. During her Sizing and Shaping sessions, she selected silicone implants, 275 cc for her larger right breast and 300 cc for the left side. At surgery, Dr. Parker used inframammary incisions to insert these implants into dual-plane pockets. The patient was very impressed with the ease of her pain-free recovery. She is much more self confident with her fuller breasts as they are in better proportion to the rest of her body.
