Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 78**

About This Patient

This 26 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested breast enlargement so she “would no longer feel like a boy”. Her breasts have always been smaller than she would like. She barely fills an A cup and would like to be a full B, small C cup. The patient is 5’2″ tall and weighs 108 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted silicone implants into partial submuscular pockets through inframammary incisions, 300 cc on the right side and 275 cc on the larger, left side. The patient enjoyed a rapid recovery from surgery. She is getting married soon and excited about her fuller breasts, which give her body better proportions. In addition, she feels much more self confident about everything.
