About This Patient

This 40 year old asked Dr. Parker to rejuvenate her breasts after breast feeding 3 children, the youngest of which is 12 years old. The patient feels as if her breasts are now “deflated”. She wears an A cup and would like to be a full B cup. The patient had a suspicious lump removed from the right breast 2 years ago and was told it was benign; her breast surgeon said she can safely proceed with breast augmentation if she wishes. At surgery, Dr Parker inserted silicone implants through inframammary incisions into a partial submuscular location. He inserted a 300 cc silicone implant in the right side and 275 cc implant in the larger left breast. The patient remarked favorably about her quick and easy recovery. She is ecstatic about the appearance of breasts.
