About This Patient

This 28 year old patient lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise over the past few months; with that her breasts lost volume and drooped. She requested Dr. Parker to make them fuller, more symmetric and more uplifted with implants alone. She was adamant in not wanting any of the scarring associated with a breast lift. During the patient’s Sizing and Shaping Session, she chose silicone implants, 350 cc for the right side and 300 cc for the left. Dr. Parker inserted these through inframammary incisions into a dual plane pocket. The patient recovered quickly. The patient is thrilled with the improved size and shape of her breasts as well as their natural appearance.
