Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 7**

About This Patient

This 40 year old African American patient, referred by a friend, expressed concern about the loss of the fullness from the upper portion of her breasts as she aged. She requested the breasts be made fuller, firmer and more “uplifted” without a dramatic increase in size. The patient is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 136 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted 240 cc saline implants in a sub muscular position through an inframammary approach. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the restoration of her more youthful-appearing breasts. Her cup size enlarged from small to full B cup and the incisions were inconspicuous.
