Breast Lift with Implants Patient 30**

About This Patient

This 20 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient and requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She was currently an A cup and wanted to be a full C cup. The patient is 5′ 7″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. Dr. Parker explained to the patient during her consultation that she has tuberous breasts, and that this would need to be addressed during surgery. She chose 500 cc saline implants during her Sizing Sessions, saline because this is what the Rheumatologist treating her for rheumatoid arthritis wanted. At surgery, using periareolar incisions, Dr. Parker released the constricting lower pole fibrous bands present in tuberous breast deformity. He then inserted the 500 cc saline implants and performed a left periareolar mastopexy to lift the left breast so it was more symmetric with the right. The patient recovered quickly after her surgery. She is thrilled with her results and says she feels much more self confident now.
