About This Patient

This 36 year old, referred by her gynecologist, desired more fullness in the upper portion of her breasts and for them to appear perkier, but without an uplift. The patient is 5 feet tall and weighs 123 pounds. Using a transaxillary, endoscopic approach, Dr. Parker inserted 420 cc saline implants in a submuscular position. Following surgery, the patient’s aesthetic goals had been achieved. Her cup increased from B to full C cup size and the incisions were undetectable.
