Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 58**

About This Patient

This 36 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, originally requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen after giving birth to 3 children. The patient was 5’5″ tall and weighed 155 pounds. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty and repaired an umbilical hernia. The patient recovered quickly and smoothly. She returned to exercise and lost 12 pounds over the next 1 1/2 years. She subsequently returned to Dr. Parker requesting breast augmentation as well as liposuction of her inner and outer thighs. Dr. Parker then performed these surgeries. He inserted silicone implants into a partial submuscular position through inframammary incisions, 350 cc on the right side and 325 cc on the left to improve upon the patient’s pre-existing asymmetry. In addition, he performed SAFE liposuction on her inner and outer thighs, removing 200 cc of fat from each inner thigh and 450 cc from each outer thigh. Again, the patient recovered rapidly with little pain after these procedures. She is extremely happy with her fuller breasts and better contoured abdomen and thighs.
