About This Patient

This 36 year old noticed her breasts becoming smaller after the birth of her daughter. The patient is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She wanted to increase from her current small B to a large B or small C cup size. To accomplish her goals, Dr. Parker performed an endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation. He inserted 330 cc saline implants in a submuscular position. Postoperatively, the patient has achieved her desired size with a natural appearance of her breasts and tiny, inconspicuous incisions that have healed well in the armpit area.
