Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 38**

About This Patient

This 25 year old patient has always been bothered by her small breasts. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 128 pounds. Preoperatively, she wore a large A, small B cup and desired a small C cup postoperatively. Through a periareolar incision, a dual plane breast augmentation was performed by Dr. Parker. He inserted a 315 cc saline implant on the right side and a 330 cc saline implant on the left to maximize symmetry. The periareolar incisions are inconspicuous and her desired cup size has been achieved.
