Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 37**

About This Patient

This 40 year old patient lost 27 pounds in the months prior to surgery causing a loss of breast volume particularly in the upper portion of the breast. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 127 pounds. She wore a B cup prior to surgery and wished to become a C-cup. Through an inframammary incision, a dual plane augmentation was performed by Dr. Parker: 330 cc saline implants were inserted on the right side and 345 cc saline implants on the left in order to maximize symmetry.
