About This Patient

This 28-year-old complained that her small breasts became even smaller following the birth of her children. She currently wears an A cup, which she says is too big for her breasts. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 103 pounds. In her preoperative sizing and shaping session, the patient requested 375 cc silicone implants. She and Dr. Parker agreed upon an inframammary incision with submuscular positioning due to the thinness of her tissues. She recovered quickly from her surgery and is thrilled with the size and shape of her breasts.
