Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 29**

About This Patient

This 29 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by a friend. She asked him to make her breasts fuller and more even. The patient currently wears a C cup bra and would like to be made as large as she can while still looking “natural.” She is 5’4” tall and weighs 140 pounds. The patient selected 425cc saline implants in her pre operative Sizing Session. Dr. Parker inserted these into a partial submuscular location through a periareolar incision on both sides. At the same time, he raised the left nipple areolar complex 1.5 cm, equal to that on the right side, with a periareolar concentric mastopexy. The patient experienced very little pain after surgery, 0-1 on a scale of 1-10. She is very happy with her fuller and more symmetric breasts.
