Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 18**

About This Patient

This 50 year old patient, referred by a friend, has always been bothered by her small breasts. They lost even more volume following the birth of her children. The nipples enlarged and became droopy after breast feeding. The patient is 5′ 4″ tall and weighs 128 pounds. She wears an A/B cup bra and would like to wear a B/C cup. During the initial consultation, Dr. Parker discussed reduction of the patient’s relatively large, drooping nipples at the time of breast augmentation. Guided by the patient’s pre-operative Sizing Session, Dr. Parker inserted 325 cc silicone implants and performed a nipple reduction. After surgery, the patient had no bruising, little swelling and no pain. She loved the size of her breasts and her rejuvenated nipples as well.
