Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 13**

About This Patient

This 34-year-old was referred to Dr. Parker by her Internist to enhance the size of her small breasts. She was bothered by their small size for many years and this worsened after childbirth. The patient is 5′9″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. She currently wears an A-cup bra. In her preoperative sizing session, the patient selected 275 cc saline implants. Dr. Parker pointed out to her the preexisting asymmetry between her two breasts. In surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 275 cc implant on the right and 290 cc implant on the left in the submuscular position through inframammary incisions. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly and painlessly. She loves the improved size and shape of her breasts.
