About This Patient

This 43 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by a coworker. The patient said her breasts have always been small but became even smaller after having had children. She would like to be fuller, but natural. The patient is 5’5″ tall, weighs 102 pounds and wears a 32 A cup bra, if that, she says. Dr. Parker discussed breast augmentation in detail with her before scheduling surgery. In her Sizing Session, the patient selected 350 cc silicone implants. During surgery, Dr. Parker inserted these implants into a partial submuscular pocket through inframammary incisions. The patient reported she enjoyed a quick recovery. She said she loves how she looks; she saw a new gynecologist recently who said they would not have known she had breast implants in place if she did not tell them.
